I know that W, allowed WAY to much spending, but that is WAY overshadowed by the new kid.

Is it really?  Did you know that spending for the wars was never included in the Bush budgets?

I have read that, but even if it was........it STILL does not compare to what is going on now.....

we have GOT to stop the ridicules spending..........that was a promise that I hoped would be fullfilled by Obama, and he LIED.....congress SUCKS...ALL of THEM.

Well, I may not be no Bill Gates or Albert Einstein, but it is pretty clear, as of the first 100 days of this administration....that SOCIALISM is clearly a path that they want to go down.......and, It is something THAT i am not going to sit back for a year or two to raise my hand and digress...I do not like his, ideology, nor am I going to pretend that they are possibly GOOD things....I would GLADLY accept the chimp and shotgun OVER this ludicrous idea, that we can spend our way back into prosperity....and I know that W, allowed WAY to much spending, but that is WAY overshadowed by the new kid.

Well, you sat back and endorsed it, (and to a degree continue to endorse it), during the previous 8 years now didn't you? The Chimp's actions are no less socialistic than those you ascribe to the current administration.

While I am not guiltless in having supported the Chimp and the stated intention of the initiatives undertaken post 9/11, I also did not turn a blind eye and deaf ear to the actions undertaken either. At a point it became clear to me that what had been provided to me as an American citizen by our leadership was propaganda, and each day as additional information becomes available it validates my eventual opposition to these things.

Am I all warm and fuzzy over the fact that the current administration is spending money faster than we can print it? No. But I am not yet willing to declare this effort an abject failure either. I am a firm believer in providing an individual with enough rope to hang themselves or pull us out of the quicksand. And giving them enough time to achieve one or the other.

The reality is though, I am a lot more comfortable in this initiative than I was when we initiated Iraq. With this one we're fighting for our way of life and future and my flesh and blood is not hanging out in the breeze like Maggies drawers, hanging in the balance.
