It was taken away from your paycheck?  That's odd since it really wasn't accounted for with any sort of recalculation of your 2007 tax return and didn't appear as income on your 2008 return?  I would submit that it was money taken out of my paycheck and given to you.

No more than it is stimulated by the rest of us.  The cost of one tailored suit can buy a lot of shoes...the diffeerence being that the former stimulates our economy while the latter stimulates China's.
