There was this skank named Candy, who the wife (then my girlfriend) seemed to think I had been out with before we started dating.  Whenever that song would come on, she would teasingly call me the "Candy Man."  I eventually got it through her head, that it was not me, but a friend who had taken her out for a good time.  After that, she stopped the BS, but I still can't stand the song to this day.  The song sucks to begin with, and that just made it worse.

She had  another event in my high school days bass-ackwards too, but at least those girls were hot, and it was all inocent.  I finally got that one straight with the wife about 10 years ago.  Women can be a little,...... Oh never mind.
