Why can't we all just believe what we believe and leave others beliefs alone?  Maybe THIS is another reason why Americans are more spiritual than religious.  Everyone telling them they they don't know enough or don't know the right things gets so disheartening.

Live and let live and STFU!
Take time to smell the roses.

Considering the several versions of satan, beelzebub, etc. that exist in not only christianity (all the different versions of that religion), but also various other religions, the permutations and combinations of that story are virtually endless.
Ignorance and fanaticism are ravenous. They require constant feeding.

I agree that we should let people worship as they want. I believe that is the American Way. But, I do feel that I have the right to stand up to those who trash mine. It is a two way street.
Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!

Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

The truth is slow, but relentless. Over time it becomes irresistible.

It is a shame that we can't follow our own beliefs without putting someone elses down. I thought this is what American was founded on, the right to follow your own beliefs. You haven't heard me trash anyones religion, tell them they are going to hell for not being of my faith. But in return I will not sit by idly and let you put my God, his son and my beliefs down. In return I won't yours. Ok

Trash away.  If I had a god, his/her ego wouldn't be so fragile.

there you go again Ex, being negative and reading it wrong. I don't trash people for their beliefs or non-beliefs. I do have a inkling that I am very strong in my belief but not sure you are as strong in your non-belief. Otherwise you would not be so defensive and negative. Oh well it takes all types I heard.  :flower3:

Silly girl; one can not strongly not believe in something.
