The Muslim scholars state: "As Muslims, we say to Christians that we are not against them and that Islam is not against them - so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes."

Maybe, THEY need to talk to the idiots who fly planes into our Buildings and to the idiots who are trying to get WMD's and to the idiots who are declaring Israel be wiped of the map and to the idiots who call us the Great Satan and want us destroyed......

despite popular belief....Christians ARE NOT against Muslims............

I find it a bit contradictory to think that more people have been killed in the name of God, than any other issue in the history of humankind. . .

Why?

The word was "God" ; yours, mine, Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian, Et Al; they all kill in the name of God. Why?

and Athiests and Agnostics kill, and have killed...........we are humans, we are sinners, and some kill, it is something that we can, and will do....

blaming God is probably a cop out..........if everybody would live by His Word, that He gave us, there would be no more killing.....can you agree with that?

People from all walks of life have killed and will kill. However, take all of the killings not done in the name of some God or another and compare them to those that were done in the name of "a God" and you will find they pale in comparison; with those committed in the name of a god far outnumbering those that were not.

Religion = tool for obtaining power and wealth. In all of it's flavors! A means by which to "control" the masses and focus their efforts toward supporting those actions that will provide wealth and power to those that control the information. It's not just Xtians. . .

I would agree that the message of Christ was pretty basic; common sense, goodwill, peace, and treating each other with respect. But to hear it from some today one wouldn't know that; same as during the crusades.

I am by no stretch blaming the creator. I blame humanity.

I know there are those, who claim to be Christians, that cause all sorts of problems, but to me they are comparable to the Radical Islamic Muslims...........they do not represent the vast majority of the Muslims as do these idiot represent the VAST majority of the average Christian, working and raising a family....

I'll give yah this Hawk, you are consistent!

May your God cast his blessings down upon you, for there may be no other supporter as staunch in their belief. (I admire that fact. . . ).
