Hell of a good drummer but he certainly is an asshole of the first degree.  It's such a shame he made some of the bad choices he did.  Very interesting documentary.

Likely not much. His dad was the one that told him his fists would be his protection in life. Obviously he took that to heart.

I was thinking more along the lines of he may have been able to get close to people rather than being so hateful for fear of getting too close and getting hurt again.  Kind of a selfish attitude really if you think about it.  He's screwed up in the head for sure and, hell, it may even be the drugs.
