Does it specifically say you can be tracked by taking and transmitting pictures?

Absolutely! Yes! Mine does. Mine also warns me when I check traffic and weather or use the GPS. Every app that I have installed that uses tracking warns me about it.

Wonder if some of the older ones don't since they thought it important enough to do a newscast on.  I don't own one and won't so I have no idea how they are set up.  I have a cell but only use it for emergencies, I don't even know the number.  I've go so many minutes stacked up on my tracphone acct from renewing once a year I could use it every day all day for a month and never use all that minutes.  They are handy if your home phone goes out due to weather related issues or you're stuck out on the highway with car trouble though.  I think the only time I used my cell lately was to call AAA when the fuel pump went out and to see if mom needed anything last winter on one of our grocery runs.  I hate talkin' on the phone so I'll be darned if I'll carry one with me constantly even to have access to the internet.  As far as GPS goes, I've been without that all these years and rarely got lost so I can get along without it now.  I neither track or get tracked that way.
