Your source, Mediaite (a liberal website) stated the following: "since Romney didn't mention such exceptions when he expressed support for personhood, that must mean he supports such exceptions."
That does not sound exactly like solid evidence

Oh.... and since you used Wikipedia for Romney, here is their take on Paul Ryan ...

During Ryan's 1998 campaign for Congress, he "expressed his willingness to let states criminally prosecute women who have abortions," telling the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel at the time that he "would let states decide what criminal penalties would be attached to abortions," and while not stating that he supports jailing women who have an abortion, stated: "if it's illegal, it's illegal." He believes that a woman should not be allowed to end a pregnancy even if it resulted from rape or incest.
