Just had dinner out with my wife, and I got some nice presents, among which is the latest James Patterson book in the Alex Cross series; "Cross Fire".
I happen to love that series and have every one of those books in hard cover. So, if Patterson kills Alex Cross it won't be my fault this year!  :biggrin:

It sounds like maybe your day went okay. I hope that you took the time today to enjoy some of your favorite things. I also hope the snow gods deliver you a s^!t load (official measurement term ;D) of snow.

Thanks Sandy. It was indeed a memorable day and one I enjoyed greatly. I ran my phone battery stone cold dead with all the calls from the kids, and eventually had to turn to Skype!  :biggrin:

This was the first b=day I can recall in a very long time, where we had snow covering the ground. It may not be the s^it load of my dreams but I will take it none the less.  8) :biggrin:
