Depending upon the weather local officials could be fielding just such a statement from citizens, as a nationwide balloon hunt begins Saturday.

In a test of the ability of social networking, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, is the U.S. military's research arm.) is launching a challenge to teams to locate 10 red weather balloons that will be scattered across the country.
