Organ Trafficking Is No Myth

Organ trafficking was long considered a myth. But now mounting evidence suggests it is a real and growing problem, even in America.

"My body, my choice". I own my kidneys....why should it be illegal for me to sell one to the highest bidder?
Do transplant surgeons waive their fee? Seems to me that the ONLY person not profiting from a transplant is the person giving up the organ in question. if it's "noble" for them to do that, then it's just as "noble" for the surgeon to operate for free, the anesthesiologist, attending nurse, etc.
