Our political system is broken.  Our government doesn't work.
I need your help to transform them.

Dear Henry Hawk:

I believe a political system that nearly enacted a "comprehensive"
immigration bill that would have given amnesty to over 12 million people who are in the United States illegally-- while doing virtually nothing to protect our borders-- is broken.  I believe a 20th Century government mired in bureaucracy, paperwork, and disorganization isn't working and cannot be made to work in the information age.

I believe that neither our political system nor our government is ready to meet the dramatic challenges America is facing, neither at home nor abroad, in the 21st Century.

I have founded American Solutions for Winning the Future, a unique non-partisan organization to provide real, significant solutions to the most important issues facing our nation--namely, protecting our borders, renewing America's unique civilization, transforming government, revolutionizing education, and confronting the reality of implacable hostility from our enemies.

America is at its best when "we the people" work together to develop fresh thinking based on the values of a majority of Americans.  That is why American Solutions is citizen-based and citizen-driven, not special interest-based and consultant-driven.

I sure hope he decides to run.  He does sound like a man with a plan to me from what I've heard out of him so far.

Ideally I think I might lean a little toward Leiberman actually but he isn't running as far as I know.  Of course they're both probably like the rest of the politicians in the long haul...
