Well, no more chemo but I do find out on the 3rd when I start radiation!

Hey, ME--so glad to see you on the zone--never really get a chance to post on Anderson anymore and you've always been one of my favs--you crazy woman, you!

I'm doing great--and far from a hero--there are others battling much more serious forms of the evil C and they are the true heroes!

I'm just lucky I have lots of support and a network of friends, like you, who give me the strength to fight the evil devil like there ain't no tommorow!

Well, saw Alex on Monday and my vitals are terrific--liver panel was fab (so I can really screw it up during the holidays--LOL) and I have my first appt. with the radiologist on the 12th.

I am still experiencing the stiffness and achyness but other than I'm ok.

Trying to get my walks in and do my weights but damn, it hurts so much--even with the pain pills!  (No, Dex, you can't have any!!!)
Alex says that some patients experience the pain for up to six months after the last treatment  :eek:  Hope that ain't me!

But I'm doing great--hoping I have enough energy to decorate the house in my normal sloppy fashion but I doubt if I can handle throwing my annual Xmas Eve party this year   :-[

The best part is:  NO MORE CHEMO!!!

I would KILL to have decent Chinese Food in this town!!!!

We do have a terrific Thai restaurant that I frequent a lot--Thanks, God   :yes:

I get my Chinese food at the Hyvee Deli, it's located in a grocery store. They have awesome Seasame Seed Chicken, and I love the vegetable lomein, and oooo..... the pork egg rolls are out of this world. God I want some, but I doubt Hubby wants to drive 30 miles, on the ice to get some LOL!!!!  :biggrin:
