Happy 4/20 everyone.  I'll be taking tomorrow off work because my boss for some reason doesn't think it is a valid holiday.  So enjoy and support your local smokers.  Without them, the interesting places in life would be a little more crowded and the junk food industry would lose 75% of its market.

420, indicative of pot smoking. Apparently it has now become a national (unrecognized) holiday among pot heads.  Been around for awhile, I understand.
Looks like I've come full circle.

I'm not either.  I think you have to be really high to understand it.  My best guess would be that April 20 is the only numerical alignment of 420 in a year.  Where 420 originated...there many varying stories about that.  I decided not to call in today obviously because it's Friday and I'll be leaving at lunch anyway.  Plus I gotta get a report out this morning so I can get paid.  4/20 can be an expensive holiday for people like me.
