having a hard time with my book cover... pick a favorite... (or should i start over?)  i am thinking #5... but not sure.

#1

#2

#3

#4

#5

#6

#7

(the font of the last two is pills... the background of all is a blurred piece i wrote that i think fits the cover:

Kamikaze

A hundred years I'm falling in the street,
benign habits seem malignant in
the darker places where I weep.
A hundred years I'm falling,
I'm falling in the street; there
are no harmless tears
in the darker
places where
I weep.
A
hundred
years I am
falling, falling
in the street.  Benign
habits seem malignant
in the darker places where
I weep.  A hundred years I fall
and I'm falling in the street, benign
is malignant—these places that I weep.
***

the book is about half to 3/4 of the way completed... might be early to worry about the cover--but i like to get that part out of the way.

I like #6 and your name has me laughing all over again.
Arguing with Christians is like playing chess with a pigeon.  No matter how good I am at chess, the pigeon is just going to knock over the pieces, shit on the board and strut around like it's victorious.

I like #7....it still looks like a straight jacket to me.....

Is your name hard to find?.........sorry  ;D...Ex, Started it.... ;D

If you know what you're looking for, none of them are hard to find.   ;)

# 7 gets your attention
# 6 looks interesting

I'm going against the grain ... so far...

I like the consistancy of the lettering/colors in #5. I like that picture better for "madness" than the other. The other looks "mad", but the one with your arms folded looks calculating and leaves the viewer uncertain of what type of "madness" or to what extreme they're dealing with.

Much like life and the way people at times feel as if they teeter between what is typically known as sanity and madness...no one knows for sure.

Just my .02
