Got the wife headed to work this morning, then finished up a couple things around the house.  Around 10 am I started prepping for a ride on the Goldwing.  Rode to Lafayette the long way and went double the usual miles.  It was just so nice this morning.  Picked up some dog biscuits for the beasties, the swung into Wendy's for some lunch for me.  After ensuring I wasn't going to waste away to nothing, I headed back to the ranch.  I would have taken a longer route home, but I wanted to mow this afternoon.  I used my new Android phone to pick up Pandora, which I routed into the 'wing's sound system via the auxiliary jack.  Listened to surf music all the way up there, then switched to country rock for the ride home.  Not a bad way to fly music wise.

Got back, jumped on the John Deere, and got the yard trimmed up nicely.  Suppose to rain tomorrow, and I have broad leaf killer to spread later, so getting it done today worked out best. :)

Now I have a full chicken sitting on the grill, with a Pepsi can of the wife's special Bar-b-que sauce shoved up it's ass, doing the slow cook.  When the wife gets home around 6:30 we should be ready for a feast to end all feasts, or at least a good supper.

Sounds awesome 442!  I'm jealous too!

Working the crappy hours I am, I am currently relegated to "weekend-warrior" status. But as soon as the wee morning temps get high enough to prevent me from becoming a human popsicle, I'll be astride the steel horse every day myself!

The green eyed monster is killin' me.  :) I have been lucky to ride my 2-wheeler just about everyday minus the tunes. I just have to listen to the sweet sound of the pipes.

Best regards,
