Mr442

What a week this has been.  On Friday the 19th, I noticed my throat was sore at bed time.  By the next morning, things were not getting better and I felt pretty bad.  Sometime Saturday night all hell had broken loose.  Chills, fever, coughing, nose trying to run off my face, etc, I had a full on illness.  Of course I had to wait until Monday to see a Doc.

On Monday I did see my Dr. and he gave a prescription for antibiotics, to fend off the potential for bronchitis.  The rest of last week was spent on the couch watching TV, in between blowing my nose, and coughing up copius amounts of phlegm.

Today I made it back to work.  Still coughing and blowing my nose, but at a manageable level.  I swear they moved the damn building further from the parking lot, because it sure seemed like I walked twice as far as usual this morning.  Then a contractor comes in with questions about some machine guarding issues. and I end up outside, on top of the steel that sits above the building, after climbing 3 stories worth of steps.

I'm going to try and lay low at my desk the rest of the day, I'm beat already.
