In an ironic story, a Jeffersonville attorney was discovered by one of his neighbors in the early morning hours, asleep in the neighbors trash can!

After an evening of celebratory drinking, the litigator was driven home in a limo, got out and apparently crawled into the overturned can to sleep it off!  :biggrin: :biggrin: LMFATO!

However, I feel sorry for the guy. Who hasn't had a stupid moment? and I think condeming his entire career over one poor decision would be horrible. It reminds me of a friend in college, who stayed over at my place to sleep it off. She got up in the middle of the night, still quite intoxicated and half asleep, got disoriented and went into my living room closet and urinated. My roommate hated her after that, but she cleaned it up and felt horrible about it. She's a teacher now. I wonder if the parents would look at her the same if they knew about her second of foolishness. I hope so, because she's an excellent teacher.

Only in Indiana would such a thing happen. In Chicago, for example, he'd have been robbed, and a street person would have given him the business for passing out in his spot!

There was a random guy here in San Diego who was found naked laying face down in his own yard. His clothes were missing, but someone walking by noticed his wallet, which happened to have his rent money in it, and decided to be a good samaritan and bring the wallet to the address on the driver's license...that's when he discovered the passed out drunk guy in the yard.

It had a good ending, but you're right PH. He's very lucky. :yes:

Here's another thing. . . just how many of these kinds of incidents happen around the nation each and every day? People boozing it up and being found in various states of undress, robbed, beaten, or worse. . . Yet alcohol use increases each and every day and is endorsed by the government which also profits from it. (I am not endorsing the resurrection of prohibition here).

In comparison, how many of these weed suckers have you ever seen found in such a state? Not many, if any. Most of them are so demotivated that they just stay put, eating and day dreaming to themselves. They aren't out killing and maiming people with motor vehicles, and getting nekkid and passing out in neighbors garbage cans and on their lawns. . . But if they get caught with the weed they'll go to the sin bin and enjoy 3 squares and a cot, along with some alternative lifestyle training on our dime, for their allotted period of punishment time. Government expends billions each year in a vain attempt to quash the weed suckers and to house / feed those they catch. . .
