QuoteDENVER - Kelly Coffman-Lee wanted to tell the world about her love of tofu by picking the letters for her car's license plate.

But her tofu fondness ran into a snafu at the Division of Motor Vehicles, which blocked her plan because they thought the combination of letters could be interpreted as profane. Her suggestion for the plate on her Suzuki: "ILVTOFU."

LMAO! Seriously, how could she not see that?

Still, who cares? Do you think they should restrict her?

I am immediately suspicious of women with hyphenated last names: especially those who admit to a tofu fetish. Wonder what skeletons might be hanging in her closet -- a preference for granola, maybe, or worse yet, GASP!, unshaven armpits? The horror!    :o

Thats my story and I'm sticking to it!
