We put $200K cash down on our house July, 2007 and it's lost $150K of that. Twenty-five percent does not sound that bad to me.

We've all heard of the predatory lendors......Beware of the predatory Realtor.  Century 21 of Anderson burned me and my family badly last year.  If you know anyone looking to buy or sell, I encourage you to recommend them to stay clear of Cent 21.
