This has got to be the worst house flipper Ive ever heard of...this guy was a train wreck.
Wow! I just read this. Sounds like the guy was over zealous and dumb all at the same time.
I found it interesting that he had ordered Carleton Sheets "No Money Down" system as well as another by Russ Whitney. I've seen these guys on TV before (more Sheets than Whitney). They all have their most successful students there with them with the requisite caveat that "results vary". I wonder how many people order those courses and never have the results that are promised on TV. I've thought about ordering Sheets system before, but I never have.
Has anyone else ever ordered the systems by Sheets or Whitney?
My husband did. Would you like to borrow it?
Oh yeah? I take it that it didn't do him any good.
Seriously, what did he do with it? Would he recommend it to others or was it pretty much a waste of money?
Quite honestly, I don't believe he exerted enough effort into it. He was all excited a few years ago when he purchased the Carlton Sheets package, but then didn't do much with it. We had our first child that year & all thoughts of becoming independently wealthy went down the tubes. ;D
That can happen when life's responsibilities come calling. If he ever does spend any more time with it, I would be interested in hearing how it turns out.
I will certainly share, Loc! Problem is that much of the info may be dated...it's on VHS Videotapes...*sigh*
