Title: Updates
Post by: Dexter Morgan on January 06, 2008, 02:06:07 PM
This is a thread for updates on my previous posts.....

Champ.... Champs rose bush has a lot of green in it, and it also has 2 little berries of some sort. I've never seen berries on a rose bush before, so I hope it's not some sort of a blight. I've never grown rose bushes before, so I have no clue what that's about. I'm hoping to get the memory garden started as soon as the weather breaks. I took sooo much time growing the pumpkins last year, that regretably I didn't get that done.

Maddie..... Maddie is doing very well. She acts like any normal kitten her age. She has done very well, and has not been sick recently. I think she will be alright.

Pierre.... Pierre is the most ornery kitten I have ever had. The genitalia has not developed ,but we're pretty sure he's a boy. No female kitten could be sooo rotten LOL!!! A vet assistant friend of mine said ,that male kittens don't always have testicles that drop down. So, we're assuming that's the case here. He is such a little BRAT!!! Every morning he assaults me at 5:30. He chomps my nose, bites my toes, and grabs my eyelashes with his teeth. What a way to get woke up every morning.  The reason for all of this.... he wants to be fed. He has plenty of dry Kitten Chow in his dish, but he wants CANNED food. He is  relentless in his quest, and won't give up, until he gets his way.  :spooked: I love him to pieces, but damn he's a little brat.

Dudley.... Dudley is doing very well. He seems to be thriving for the time being. No symptoms so far. He is the most loving cat. He wants to sit on my lap every time I sit down. He can be quite pesty sometimes. I love to hold him, but when I first get home from work, I don't like being lolly gagged. So, that can be annoying, but other than that he's a wonderful cat.  :smitten:

Mugsy..... Apparently ,Mugsy is still with us. He hasn't quite moved on. I constantly hear very faint barking, and a clanking chain outside. Sometimes, when I pull up to my mail box, I hear the low barking .coming from under the Willow tree, where he spent his days. I've been told he loves us too much to leave us.  :'(

Well, that's it for updates for now.
