Heres a spot to share photos of dream homes, great ideas, etc.
(http://www.scmwv.com/images/1959.jpg) That photo from a house at WV's own Greenbrier Sporting Club
I love interior trusses like this:

Oh man, so do I!
I absolutely love it, and the furnishings! I'm a sucker for that shade of leather.

this is sort of the style of my parents new house...
Very nice!
Reminds me of a Swiss Chalet...grande style. Very nice!
I'd love to have a leather sofa set to put in my formal living room. Someday....
I'll have to keep looking...but, I want a master bath something like this someday -- terrazo/tile floors, walls, multi=head shower, seperate spa tub..a nice vanity with double sinks...

Aaron's aunt has a bathroom that looks a lot like that. Its incredible. I walked in and didn't want to leave. Plus they have an indoor pool. Must be nice.
Really? That would be nice. I don't actually like the white finish of this bathroom...I prefer a darker wood...
I would too, but I wouldn't refuse this bathroom if it were offered to me. LOL
Nor would I! ;D
Id probably go roll in the dirt to have an excuse to use that bathroom...
I just wonder if I could handle the upkeep that shower would need to keep it looking like that. Probably not, but if I had a bathroom that looked like that, I'd hope I also had the money that goes along with it to hire a full time maid.

The shower I have now is all glass and marble...and its impossible to keep the glass clear, even though I squeegee it everytime.
Heck, squeegee the glass on the marble shower...I have a hard time keeping toothpaste & splatters off of my children's bathroom mirror!
oh I have that problem too. I have one of those sonic toothbrushes that spatters everywhere!
A pretty awesome kitchen to cook breakfast in...:

OHHHH! THAT IS AWESOME!!!!!!!
But in the real world, I could settle for something simple like this:

well, if you HAD to...
Ha ha! Hope about having this fireplace in your bedroom?

You'd probably need that fireplace in that drafty old dump! ;)
I don't know that these are "dream" homes, but up close they are beautiful and the view is awesome. I saw these while I was out today and thought I'd share a few pictures of homes that I saw along the way. Believe it or not, homes built on the side of mountains like this, is fairly common here:

same house close up:

There's a road that runs along behind the house.
they certainly are dream houses!! Everytime Im in California, I marvel at the houses on the side of the mountains like that.
I just love this house, I dont know why. The floor plan is kinda quirky, has the feeling of an old house thats been added to over the years. I could be very at home here. (Mind, I dont care for the way this one is decorated, but I like the architecture)

That's nice!
We are putting in a glass wall shower. i have been wondering about that, too... already have the squeegie, even thought we don't have the glass yet. I have been thinking about one of those instant shower cleaners that you hang under the shower head, and as you get out you push the button, and it sprays the cleaner... if it works as advertised, it oughtta be good...
It doesnt work QUITE as well as advertised, but it does cut down on soap scum a lot! Its worth it, but wont save you from cleaning it sometimes.
(And good to see ya!!)
