Come one, come all!! Everyone pull up a seat and sit a spell. Come talk with the Witch about what's on your mind. I will listen, give advice, or just let you vent if need be. No worries my friend, for I will never judge you and hope our time spent together will bring many positive results.
Who will be the first brave soul?
Wiccy, I'm obsessed with boobie tassles....I can't get them out of my mind.....I dream about them, I talk about them to my co-workers, I pray about them at church, I own about 75,000 of them, hanging in my basement.....
is that weird?
Weird? Nope, not at all...but then again you're talking to the queen of boobie tassles and believe you me, it takes some skills gettin' them puppies a twirlin'. :o
Wait, you pray about them at church? I warned ya that the Wtich has a habit of gettin' in your mind...I can't help it, it just happens...LOL
~Wickey shakes her head in disbelief saying to herself "In church? Man, I've heard it all now."
:sweetheart:  :thinking2:

Right now all I can think about is this home buying stuff! I feel like the final Jeopardy song is playing non-stop...will they accept our offer?!? Is this the right move? Will my husband find a job? Will I find a job?
AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!
I don't have anything to ask. Just wanted to say that I'm glad you're here!

Clue me in as to what is going on here...I have been out of the loop. You and hubby have no jobs right now and you want to buy a house?
Yep, you just about got that right.
Wow Sunny, this is a no brainer sweetie. Your income to debt ratio won't allow the purchase of a new home. hubby and I are in a similar situation. My dad owns our house that we have lived in for 5 years. Now we are in a position where we can purchase the home for the payoff with a big down payment. We have hit some snags because in order to get the big down payment, I took the buyout from work, hence I have no income so they have to go on hubby's income which is alot less than what I was making.
To make matters worse, he has very little credit so now here we sit in a home we have paid the payment on for 5 years, have a large down payment and can't find anyone to finance us. I just wanna smack somebody...lol
Keep your chin up sweetie, these sort of things have a way of working themselves out.
Thank you, my wicked friend. We worked out the kinks yesterday & will have an answer by 5:00pm today whether the sellers accept, reject or counteroffer our bid! Thank goodness for good credit & no income verfication.
I'll will keep you my thoughts that something works out in your situation, as well!
(I forgot to mention to you previously that we are relocating to PA (my hometown) so jobs are imminent)
Please do tell, what is the Wiccan method of prayer or positive thought? Saying Mantras...providing Blessings....? Educate me, please.
Sorry for not stopping sooner, but I'm here now to give you a great big WELCOME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I pray and send positive energy and sometimes burn candles to help the blessing along.
Anybody have anything new they would like to tell The Witch?
I would like to tell the witch that it's good to see you back around here. You were missed.
I hope all is well with you.
Thank you very much!! All is great with me except we are trying to buy a house and i am not a patient person...lol
It sure feels wonderful to be missed!!

I wish you luck with the home purchase. I know that can be stressful at times.
pfft..and how!!!
wiccy....are you still looking for a house? They keep moving my closing date...now it is June 4th.
We stopped looking until I know where my next employment will be. Right now they can only go on hubby's income and it's making it hard to get financed.
Plus, there is a good chance we may move out of Anderson school district. Matter of fact, we may even move back to Tennessee after my grandpa passes.
Tennessee is beautiful--I lived there for about 8 years--they get all the seasons and the mountains in the east are beautiful! No state income tax and very affordable living!

Anyone have anything they would like to tell me?
BTW, there is a full moon tonight so everyone should be in a "charged" moon...lol
Well I for one am ready for this full moon to go! It has been a very weird day! :spooked:
It will peak at 8:31 eastern standard time so then you should begin to feel better.
AM or PM?
so wiccy...have you started that new job yet and if you have...how's it going?
I started it this monday and I am having a blast!!
Everybody in that office is crazier than hell so I fit right in...lol
Crazier than you? NO WAY!!
Maybe not crazier than me but pretty darn close...lol
I had so much fun my first week!!
Today I begin my 3 weeks of classroom training so I may get bored..ha
Oh, I just despised those classroom trainings! Had to endure about a month when I was a banker.
The worst part were the retreats. You know, when you have to go to these "feel good about your job and your co-workers" seminars?
The "Trust Fall" was truly hysterical since most of us hated about 5 people there. We wanted to drop them sooooooooooooooooo friggin bad! LOL :icon_twisted:
At least they didn't make you watch this! I have seen it three times now! I get it!
http://www.just212.com/video/
LOL!! I do have to watch TV but it's more channel surfing and getting familiar with the cable services we offer. Yes, I know, it's hard being me...haha
