I saw "Happy Feet" and loved it. Although it isn't new, but I think it's new to DVD. A really good kids animated movie w/lots of subtle adult humor. I'd recommend it for anyone.

It's an "older" new movie, which I also watched on DVD..."Derailed"  w/Jennifer Anniston. I think it had a very interesting plot and I enjoyed it a lot, even though I  had it figured out from when the "crime" took place and was sure that I was right about 20 minutes later.

Mr. Fishers is a movie guru. I've never been too much into movies, but I have enjoyed a couple lately.

Invincible - about a regular guy who tries out for the Philadelphia Eagles as a receiver. It's based on a true story. Ending is predictable but I still enjoyed it.

Casino Royale - the latest James Bond movie. It's long, but kept my attention. A couple of parts that I could do without - snakes and torture.

I watched the first Spiderman last weekend just so Spiderman 3 would make sense. LOL

Next he wants to watch Rocky Balboa and Blood Diamond with me. I'm not looking forward to Blood Diamond but I'm trying to keep an open mind as I date him.

My husband almost rented Happy Feet, on pay per view, last night. So it's a good movie??? I'll have to tell him. Maybe it will still be on pay per view next weekend. I haven't seen Derailed, several times I set it on autotune, but for some reason or another, didn't watch it. I really like Jennifer Anniston. I cant stand Brad or Angelina, they make me want to puke. How any man could pick that freak over Jennifer is beyond me.    I think he really traded down on that one.  Angelina has big lips and tattoos. She's just freaky. :o She buys all these children from other countries, when the U.S. has allot of orphaned children. I don't get that at all.  I wonder if she thinks maybe she wouldn't
t be" fit enough' ,by American standards to adopt.

I really enjoyed happy feet. It's a cartoon, but there's plenty of entertainment for the grown ups and it has a good message too. Of course, I cried. LOL

As for the other, I really believe you'll enjoy it. It really draws you in.

Facing the Giants is one of the BEST Christian based movies I have EVER seen....if you want a real "feel" good movie, I highly recommend it....it was made by a Church, the acting, directing, everything,....but it is first class, the acting is excellent and the storyline is very, very good....

When you comment on something that's between quotes make sure that it's outside the one with the slash.

I'm such a moran. I  know an old guy that says Jesum Crow all the time.He is in his 80's,and  he'd start to say something, and lose his train of thought ,he'd say" Jesum Crow!!! I cant remember what the hell I was going to say." I'd just roll everytime he said that. LMAO!!! You had to be there,it was hysterical.   One time he had a heart attack, and he called me because we lived across the street from each other, he say's" Hey Sheila could you come over I'm having a heart attack." So I yelled Jesum Crow!!! and ran over to his house. He says" I need you to drive me to the hospital,we'll take my car." So I'm like" Clayton I dont even know how to drive, maybe we should call an ambulance." He says "hell no,I'm not paying for an ambulance." We made it okay, but he had to pay $4o for me a cab back home. He should've just called an ambulance. My driving scared him so bad ,that if he didn't have a heart attack before that car ride,he had one on the way to the hospital. LOL!!!
