Title: Mail
Post by: ~Daisy~ on February 01, 2007, 01:39:38 PM
Hey guys...I have a question. If someone has their mail held for whatever reason, can they go to the post office any time that its open to pick it up and continue to have it held, or do they have to cancel the hold order first?

As I recall, you can go there and pick it up anytime they are open, and cancel the hold at the same time.

Well, I was just thinking about all the crapload of mail we get every day and how I know eventually its going to be forwarded to another address, but if things go like they have been at our house, I'm tempted to pack up my house and go to a hotel until we find an apartment. I'm sick of the bathroom drama. Anyway...it was just a thought, more or less, that stemmed from thinking about having mail forwarded and all that.

You should consider whether your illness is related to the "bathroom drama" as well. Sewage is a very nasty substance that carries a plethora of bacteria and disease.

Do you have renters insurance? I am thinking uninhabitable. . . .

I do...that's why I'm thinking of utilizing the Loss of Use feature...

Nope, my illness is purely a hangover. Yuck.

If you're going to drink during the week, do it right after work.  Getting off at 5pm everyday, happy hour with a few pals is a start, then pour down the wine once you get home.  I could pass out at 10:00pm easy and wake up fine.

I don't know if I should admit this or not, but Aaron surprised me last night with date night at the movies, complete with smuggled in fifth of Makers, followed up by a round of beers at Wings, etc. after it was over. So nyah! LOL
