Approximately 300 protesters were allowed to take the steps and began to spray paint "anarchist symbols" and phrase such as "Our capitol building" and "you can't stop us" around the area, the source said.

Now there is a group of smart folks.
When intelligent citizens create a group to discuss issues with Washington, that is what happens.
Good thing they weren't a bunch of anarchist idiots, doncha think?

Not to say it isn't true, but I wonder why haven't we heard about it from other news sources?

Ah, that makes sense. Not enough drama. Someone brought this up in another thread, but I think compared to the abuse of power by Bush a lil' taggin' is NO big deal.

My mama taught me to weigh the difference. While what they did wasn't necessary and wasn't right...leave it to the conservative media to make a huge deal out of what in the grand scheme of things is a small thing and forget that they wouldn't have been there at all, if Bush hadn't abused his power.

Well, the only thing I can say is that once Hanoi Jane showed up any validity that this little hootenanny had was lost in my eyes. They should have left the hag at home where she belongs. . . . :icon_evil:

I hate that witch, (with a "B").

Good try Henry, but that dog won't hunt.

It's like saying that I consider Bush's crimes worse and so should eveyone else. Take some paint remover out to the steps and call it a day.
