Interesting that none of our resident "Philadelphia Lawyers" has seen fit to take Bulger to task for his decades long reign of slaughter and terror of the Boston area via his WInter Hill Gang.
. . ."He strangled her all the way down to the basement...when he got to the basement she was dead," Flemmi told the jury, referring to Bulger and Flemmi's girlfriend, Debra Davis. . .

. . .Flemmi invited Davis to a house he had just bought for his parents, and when they walked in the front door, "He (Bulger) grabbed her by the throat and strangled her," Flemmi said.
Prosecting attornery Fred Wyshak asked: "What did you do?"
Flemmi: "Nothing."
Wyshak: "Why not?"
Flemmi: "That was the plan." . . .
Flemmi's stepdaughter, Deborah Hussey, was allegedly murdered in 1985 by Bulger because she knew that Flemmi was an FBI informant. So Bulger killed two women associated with his #2 guy Flemmi. Seems like he loved to kill women. . .
Did you see where one of the witnesses against him somehow croaked this week? :spooked: :spooked:

Yup. Stephen Rakes was scheduled to testify about how Bulger strong-armed him into selling him his liquor store for 100k; and was found dead 6 miles from his vehicle of unknown causes. . .
I had to laugh my ass off at the irony in the CNN headline this afternoon pertaining to Bulger.
He was convicted on 31 of 32 counts and the lead in said, "Could get life".
Seriously? At his age a 15 year stretch equates to life!
