6 Ways the US Supreme Court Has Trashed and Rewritten Our Constitution (http://www.alternet.org/civil-liberties/6-ways-us-supreme-court-has-trashed-and-rewritten-our-constitution?paging=off)

1. "Corporate Personhood"

2. "Fire in a Crowded Theater"

3. Plessy v. Ferguson

4. Violent Video Games

5. Corporations United

6. The Voting Rights Act

This is an opinion piece mainly aimed at the Supreme Court's rulings on 'Corporate Personhood', 'Voting Rights', and Antonin Scalia.

I've found the Roberts Court to be extremely flawed and far too many of their decisions based on flawed ideology instead of the Constitution or pure law.

The Republican fought and fought FDR when he tried to stack the Supreme Court.     Then the Republicans get it done, they stacked the Supreme Court with greedy, selfish old men who are Republican to the morrow of their bones.
