Try being in a swing state like I am.   It is, and has been, a constant barrage 24/7.

That you cannot see the difference in volume of ads, and negative ads at that, is telling indeed.

I think you are just spinning like a record player..........they are the same as every election year..........which is WAY too much.......

THE SCOTUS ruling has NOT made one damn bit of difference, at least in Indiana.......I can't speak for other states.......Loucutus says it is, I tend to believe him........but, not here.

They tend not to spend as much money on states that are already strongly in one column or another.  It would be like Obama spending a ton of money in Texas where he has zero chance of winning.  Romney has a 12 point lead in Indiana, so I'll guarantee you there's minimal amount of dollars being spent there.

Florida, however, is listed as a tie on the electoral-vote.com website and we're being inundated.

On top of that, many of my FaceBook friends are posting political BS constantly.  After being bombarded by TV, radio, roadside signs, and billboards, the absolute last thing I want to see on FaceBook is political crap.

No increase in spending?  Get your head out of your ass Henry.  In the election of 2008 around 5 Billion dollars was spent on the election.  Projected for 2012 the cost will be over $6 Billion. :groan: 1 Billion dollars more.  And you, Henry say nothing has happen in the amount of television time for campaign advertising.   :X:  The Republican controlled Supreme Court open the flood gates for money to go to the Republican Party.  This shit just didn't just happen, it was planned and you know it.     :thubb:

Money sources outside of Indiana has already sent in over $14 Million for "DICK" Mourdock's senate race.  $14 Million from people who don't live in this state.  I can't find what Pense has received, but I'll bet it's just as much as "DICK" has received.   :007:  Let us pray  that neither one of them win.     Eight long, long years of Mitt and forever with Lugar is enough.  :puke:

I will be glad to see them end. I don't think we have had more political ads for President that usual here, mainly because we aren't important enough. I do think that the ads were nastier this time than even last election for President. There have been a lot of ads for the Senate and I think those were nasty, too. IMO the ads for Governor have been more civil most of the time, if not exactly informative.

The citizen's of Indiana should be glad that Mourdock said that a girl that was made pregnant though a rape was a blessing from god.  This should prove that "DICK" Mourdock has no business being our senator.        :@#%&:

Let him go back to his own church and screw up the lives of the women and girls in his own church.     And I hope that would keep him from screwing up other women's and girl's lives.  He can :azz:

I care who wins, but I'm with you about the ads.

That damn Robert's SC Citizens United ruling has let everything out of the barn when it comes lying and everything else in campaign ads.  I hope Roberts and the other SC ideologues who vote for that decision choke so Obama can replace every damn one them.

Yes, the election is over and Obama won by 53% with Romney getting 47%.  Romney really liked that number 47%.  :haha:

But, here we have the Republican Party, who just reelected the most incompetent House leader, who couldn't manage a Child Day Care Center back into power :haha: and what do we still have?  We still have the party of NO.  We still have a party who's sole and only job is to protect the Super Rich and the corporations.

Who would have guessed this would happen?  :haha:  :haha:  :zoners:
