Oh I look at it, I just think when the rubber meets the road, we will see a different outcome.  I may be wrong, but I think it is either going to be a very close Obama victory or a Blow out Romney win.

That is MY own personal outtake on it.

Okay,
Rasmussen has the following:
Safe Romney - 167 Ele votes
Leans Romney - 14 Ele votes
Safe Obama - 203 Ele votes
Leans Obama - 34 Ele votes

That leaves 120 that Rasmussen believe on this day that are a toss up. (CO, FL, IA, MO, NC, NH, NV, OH, WI, and VA).

Now, do I think Romney will take all of them? NO, BUT.....if he takes one, he very well could take all of them....which would be a mild blow out.

I do think we are in for a long night though....to say the least.

Also, playing into my logic is the fact MOST incumbents with a job approval below 50 percent....which Obama currently is below 49%....do not win...throw in the poor economy, where most people will vote with their pocket books.......

Leaves me, like I stated earlier.........CAUTIOUSLY OPTIMISTIC!

The List: Which presidential polls were most accurate?

The Pew Research Center and Rasmussen Reports were the most accurate in predicting the results of the 2008 election, according to a new analysis by Fordham University political scientist Costas Panagopoulos.

The Fordham analysis ranks 23 survey research organizations on their final, national pre-election polls, as reported on pollster.com.

On average, the polls slightly overestimated Obama's strength. The final polls showed the Democratic ahead by an average of 7.52 percentage points — 1.37 percentage points above his current 6.15-point popular vote lead. Seventeen of the 23 surveys overstated Obama's final victory level, while four underestimated it. Only two — Rasmussen and Pew — were spot on.

How would Henry prepare CROW to eat after Obama wins.     First he would get a new shake shingle and two young crows.  He would rub the single with virgan olive oil and put a little salt on it.

He would dress the crows and wrap the crows in 4 bacon slices of bacon each.  He would put the shingle with the crows on it and place it in a 350 degree oven, cooking the whole mess for 45 minutes.

After taking out the baked crows he would throw the crows in the garbage can and eat the bacon soaked shingle.  Bon Appetite.      :bird:

. . ."There is suffering in this country," said Romney. "And we talk about evidence. Look at the evidence of the last four years. It's absolutely extraordinary. We've got 23 million people out of work."
The facts:
When the recession began, workers in every category lost jobs, but those in the middle and higher wage groups lost more of them.
And when the jobs started coming back, the lower-wage jobs came back stronger. That means that, while the nation has replaced lost jobs, many of those new jobs pay less than the old ones did.
To reach his 23 million figure, Romney counts everyone who is unemployed, has stopped looking for work or is underemployed -- working for less money than before or able to find only a part-time job.

Stretching. . .

Because not everybody is good at the quick retort. Because he is a thinking man. Because he is the President of the United States and not free to blatantly lie (as politicians are and do). Because it takes time to track down and present rebuttal, which is either ignored or never seen by the voters. Obama is basically a good man, an honest man who has the good of the country as his first priority, and may be defeated by BIG MONEY, which Romney represents. The funny (ironic) thing is that we are in danger of getting a president who is not only very, very rich, but who is also a practicing Mormon of hispanic descent. (If he were poor and Mormon and of hispanic descent, how far would he have gotten?) Money talks!

MONEY is more important than their god -- or is it that MONEY is really their god, and god is only their comfort zone for excusing their behavior in accumulating MONEY?

When one pulls back and observes dispassionately from a distance, it would seem that the two are infinitely entangled.

And what was the saying about rich men/heaven; camels/eyes of needles -- not sure, but it was written somewhere in some book.

'Course that seems to be conveniently forgotten if it doesn't fit the current situation.

Selective scripture.

Well, if a book contains one's beliefs, as xtians claim all the time that "the" bible does, then are they or are they not to be held to their beliefs as Jesus taught -- to give away worldly possessions and comfort the poor and all that.

(With apologies to e.e. cummings)  ". . . they sang their didn'ts and danced their dids. . ."

Hypocrites all.

Especially those who did "evangelical ministerial work" in their youth to avoid being drafted, and then crushed people for monetary gain.

A serious breach of ethics -- or religious tenets -- or whatever title you wish to attach before the SPIN is applied.

All I'm saying is MONEY is god -- the rest is bullshit mouthed by those who wish to be elected.

There are some many Christians that hide :hide: behind the curtain in the Land of OZ where they hide the devil :devil29: in their hearts.

As so many TV preachers say, send me your money and for each dollar you send me, god will bless you many times over.  :haha:  Let us pray,  :preach:  :pope: only for the brain dead and idiots.   Somebody say Amen!  Please pass the blessing pot.  :stirthepot:

Give me a group of good smart Atheists over a "good" dumb group of Christians for honesty and truth.   At least you won't have the Atheist bringing out a bible to prove they are right about everything.  :trustme:

Like for example the state politician from Alabama who said the the Big Bang, Evolution was a lie from hell.  That the earth was created in 6 days and the earth is only 6,000 years old.  Here proves is all Christians are Bat Shit Crazy.  :haha:  :haha:  What would a smart and thinking person believe.  :haha:

MONEY is more important than their god -- or is it that MONEY is really their god, and god is only their comfort zone for excusing their behavior in accumulating MONEY?

When one pulls back and observes dispassionately from a distance, it would seem that the two are infinitely entangled.

And what was the saying about rich men/heaven; camels/eyes of needles -- not sure, but it was written somewhere in some book.

'Course that seems to be conveniently forgotten if it doesn't fit the current situation.

Selective scripture.

King James Version
Matthew 19:24 And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

You probably haven't heard about it until the workers of a company that Mitt Romney is in the process of outsourcing to China.

Bain Capital bought controlling interest in Densata Industries.  The company made car sensors.  Then Bain brought in Chinese workers and had the American employees train these people how to operate the machines.  just be for the Chinese workers showed up Bain took down the American flag.  When the Chinese workers left Bain put it back up.  These Chinese workers when they get back to China the will be paid 99 cents per hour.

Mitt Romney owns $8 Million of the 51% Bain owns of 51% of Sensata.  The transfer of Sensata was to be on the day before the presidental election.  Bain thought they could sneak :sneaky: the deal through before the voters found out about it.  But the displaced American workers let the cat out of the bag.

Yes Henry this is your man and this why American workers are fired and their jobs are being shipped out to China, is because of 99 cent per hour labor and Mitt Romney's greed.  I just despise the way you love Mitt and Lying Ryan.  May your god shine upon you.

The private financing Romney advocated was not available...not only to the automobile industry but to virtually any business sector.  Without direct government intervention, the automobile industry in this country would have failed permanently.
