The man above robbed Old National Bank in Anderson yesterday evening around 4:20 pm. As you can see he is armed with a handgun; and he threatened to kill my daughter with it.
He is at large, so if you know him please contact the Anderson Police Department or the local FBI offices.
OMG, really? :spooked:

Unless you pay for the Parrot Bulletin you wouldn't have seen it. Not a single other news source that I saw carried it.
(And no, I didn't get it from there. I did try to take a look as I was scanning news sources, but that big green "PAY ME" box popped right up obscuring everything. . . )

I know a lot more than this, but I will not share a single bit of it publicly until this jackass is sitting in the sin bin!

(At the risk of tainting the potential jury pool, here goes)
The guy walked into the bank at about 4:20pm, and he went straight up to the first teller, placed the gun in her face and told her to give him the money. In the shot you see above, he is looking at my daughter who "prairie dogged" up from her desk when she heard the yelling. He walked straight over to her and said, "You pushed the alarm didn't you! I'm going to kill you! (Placing the gun to her temple and cocking the hammer back). She told him that she doesn't even have a button there and he walked around and felt around the desk.
He then was handed a bag of money, and he herded every single one of them into the empty manager's office, and forced them at gun point to lay face down. He then picked up a pair of scissors and cut the phone cord with them, setting them back onto the desk. He told them to remain quiet and if the cops didn't show up he'd let them live.
He then went to the drive up window and began taking cash from the drawers. Then he went to my daughter's desk, which has a cash drawer as well, and took the money out of there. Then he discovered a dye pack. He then dumped all the cash and took out the additional dye packs that had been placed into it.
As he was doing all of this, a customer came to the drive up window, and after seeing him knew something was amiss. She pulled out and went into the HH Gregg lot across the street, calling the police from her cell phone along the way. She saw him exit and walk back behind the bank and Applebee's, and lost site of him as he faded into the back portion of the businesses.
The cops arrived about then, and the girls were still on the floor in the manager's office.
The asshole wore no disguise, no gloves, and touched everything. They have some excellent footage and stills of him, as well as his finger-prints. And employees at Goodwill up the road said they recognized him and that he comes in there a lot.
And as I assumed right out of the gate, he's a drug addled meth-head and now he's going to be doing a long stretch on federal charges. . .
Epiloge : The bank now has an armed security guard on duty during business hours.
Glad they caught him. Hope your daughter is doing ok. That had to be really frightening. At least if there is a trial it shouldn't last long with all the evidence they already have.
Hopefully the security guard will remain awake and alert while on duty.
Glad your daughter came through the incident unhurt -- physically.
Would suggest that she sees a counselor in the future to avoid potential emotional problems.
My prayers are out to your daughter...bless her heart. That had to be a horrifying time for her.
I'm glad this POS is in jail and hope he has a long time to think about his actions.

Yup. The bank is putting them all through a series of sessions designed to help them deal with this.
The thing that I fid horrifying is that several of the girls working the day of this robbery, were also working when the first one happened! So they have had to endure it twice. :spooked:

. . .
That is exactly my fear. The guy is retired US Military, but he is a LOT older than I am. But. . . he's a "talker" so unless the girls ignore him for prolonged periods of time, I doubt he'll be nodding off!
Good. ;D
The banks need to arm all of the employees!
Glad your daughter is OK, give her a hug from all of us.
