Addiction is not a good thing. . . Neither are time eaters like Farmville, etc. You waste your life on both, especially when there are no real life benefits . . .

I do enjoy it though. I have started playing one that is good for the mind and checking the eyesight though. It's called Gardens Of Time and part of it involves looking for hidden objects in pictures or finding the differences in pictures. I've also gotten into Family Feud which is fun.
