The police report said Montgomery is currently under investigation for allegedly exposing himself to an 11-year-old child.

How about letting me spend some quality time with Timothy? Folks, people like this deserve a cruel and unusual punishment. This is one violation of the Constitution I could put up with. Bigfoot can be very innovative when thinking of things to punish Big Tim. In fact, I think setting an example with this man would act as a much better deterrent to prospective child molesters than any prison sentence.

I do not know the details of his wife's daycare business where Montgomery was accused of molesting the children there but there is a chance that had he been charged and sentenced, and after serving his time behind bars would have been required to register as a sex offender, this poor 7 year old girl may have escaped his nasty touch. But being registered as a sex offender means very little to some perverts.

One of the foster children we took into our home once was found living with his mother and a registered child molester in a vacant house with no utilities. The CPS, in violation of their own guidelines and Indiana Law, did not inform us of the child's sexual abuse and it wasn't until we took him to the doctor that she told us about the poor kid's past. According to their own rules and the Law, foster parents are to be informed if sexual abuse is even suspected. The CPS gave us very little in the way of information but did give us the child's ADHD medication that we were instructed to crush and give him mixed in applesauce because he wouldn't swallow the whole pill. We only did this the very first day because shortly after taking the medicine, the poor kid was bouncing off the walls and after about six hours was like a zombie. I realized something was wrong so I looked up the medication on a drug database I found on the Internet. Come to find out it was a time release pill that had a warning in bold letters UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CRUSH OR DIVIDE TABLET!

The young boy would not defecate and would poop his pants at school almost every day. Mind you we were told that his only problem was that he was behind in school. When we tried to get him to set on the toilet every morning he cried and cried saying his anus hurt. Finally we were able to get him to his doctor and she told us about the gory details of his sexual abuse and why he refused to poop in the toilet. I think most everyone can suspect the reason. Needless to say, we were very upset at CPS for not telling us about the kid's background. The readers will be happy to know that the young man was later adopted by a loving couple who had children of their own and he was finally able to overcome, as best he could, the trauma caused by that worthless pervert.

As a side note, we were disgusted to read in the newspaper about a year later that the mother had another child and guess who the father was? Yes, the registered child molester sired another poor child who was taken away immediately by CPS. It finally came to the point we resigned as foster parents due to the possibility of one of these sexually abused children acting out their abuse (which is very common) on one of our grandchildren. You have to understand that we had agreed to care for children that had NOT experienced sexual abuse and, because we could no longer trust the CPS to provide this information truthfully, we could not risk the dangers. If we didn't have our grandchildren who visit us regularly we would have been able to care for sexually abused kids but that was not the case.

So from our experience with this little boy, I have a deep burning hatred of all sexual predators. As a Christian I am taught to forgive the sinner but I have never been able to do so to the man that hurt this little boy. Quite honestly, if I saw him walking across the street tonight it would take great effort not to run this bastard over.

  I know when I say what I'm going to say, and I believe in what I say.  Some of you people will think I am one of the most cruel person you have ever seen. But when you find a group of people, men and women and young adults who will not and can not live in society without causing violent crimes.  I think they should be euthanized.

  I wish we had a device like they have on Star Trek where their atoms could be scattered out into the Universe.  I think when everything has been tried, it's a damn shame that we have to keep these people for a cost of $37,000 a year for the rest of their lives, which is very long.  We take care of this human trash better than most of our working poor class of people.

  I might help, but I doubt it, if these people knew what was going to happen to them, they might change their ways.  But, then again, the 3 strike law doesn't stop some of this trash from committing another crime.  Also I think that mental illness doesn't change a thing when it comes to violence.
