The crux of the biscuit here seems to be the fact that Google scans reference material and books, both of which have fairly compensated the users in exchange for the material, and then make it available to the general world via electronic media.
This one will surely change Google and the world, with its resulting changes.
Yet another reason to utilize books and reference materials that are in the printed form whenever possible, and refrain from plagiarizing same. . .
