If Democrats didn't have all the incentive they needed to pass health care reform already, then conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh may have provided the final push they needed by vowing to flee the country if the reform bill is passed.

This would be awesome! If we could count on him to actually have enough integrity to keep his word.
Um, I believe he meant he would go to Costa Rica for health care not move there.

Whew!!!!!
For a minute there, ol' Rush's integrity was in question.
And we all know how full of it he is, don't we.

Really? Rush would patronize a government that offers universal health care to all citizens?

Of course, he is talking out his ass, as usual, or else he didn't read this part:
As always with nationalized health care, expect red tape and long waits...
I believe that he said he'd "flee" the country, but either way...he's a liar.
Exactly Lo - I can't post a link from my phone, but I thought that was an interesting choice too.
it really cracks me up to listen to dems, who NEVER listen to Rush themselves but are quick to jump on pundits who are desperately trying to smear Limbaugh, because the fear his nation wide opinions....
He never said he was going to MOVE to Costa Rica, he said if doctors are not permitted to opt out of the government insurance pool and so forth, Medicare, Medicaid, whatever it is, and IF they're not allowed to establish a private practice with private sector patients paying their own way.....THEN, he would go to Costa Rica for TREATMENT...(and he said it very tongue and cheek).....and it wasn't seconds later where the media was jumping all over it...I heard him, and I even agree with him, 100% on this....
Henry, believe it or not I started listening to Rush when first came on radio in Indianpolis. I use to plan my lunch break so I could listen to his show, The femanazi and all of his other stuff and I listened to him for along time. I really enjoyed his sense of humor.
But there seem to be a big cloud descended on him, :mad:a big change in his tone and his humor and he went Republican full time. I think with his half of his brain was tied behind his back, he started soaking the other half in Oxycodone and his EIB newwork went into the bottle. Most people would have been put in jail for his illegal drug transactions. :police: He payed for it in one way, he lost his hearing and I think he also lost his common sense and his whole brain, completely drug damaged.
Today I tune into him about once a week to see what he has to say. But I can only stand 4 to 5 minutes. Just about as long as I can stand you and you stuff. It truly unbelievable what he has to say. So Henry you are wrong once again.
