It is a coincidence that the title of this has both rogue and maverick in the title? 

I just want to know why it took troopers to tell the people to get the heck out of there?  This is why people in large numbers die from preventable stuff.  1st big wave knocked you on your ass, you get the heck out of there in case there is another.
