Imagine with me. It was about two degrees out last night. The guy came to the door naked. Exactly what in his stance indicated an aggressive frame of mind? Even if he was slapping himself, fairness demands we consider it an attempt to keep the blood flowing to his extremities. ... hmmm... blood flowing... extremities... two degrees... Nope, no matter how I try I can't envision this as prima facie evidence of aggression. What am I missing here?
