Now that you are awake, and here....
Good Morning Forum Buddies. :biggrin:
Oh, I thought maybe you meant metaphorically ;D
Good Morning Pari!
LOL....I haven't been able to find a good morning thread. Not to mention. I get up between 5:30 and 6:30am and I get bored really quick.
I need some breakfast. I don't want to make it myself! I want someone to bring it to me!!
Get those puppies to earning their keep. :wink:
They would eat it all before I even got a whiff of it. :mad:
No. . .
:yes: It's time.
No. . .
lazy butt.
I got a, prairie wind blowin through my head,
Tryin to remember what my daddy said,
Prairie wind blowin through my head. . . :guitarist: :music1:
It's Pari....not Prairie
Uhm.......who shut my alarm off? I've overslept. :mad:
Good morning peeps!! :biggrin:
there really was school today. we were off and running at 630.
gramps is gonna be tired after work
Finally....I managed to not oversleep...by much. Alarm went on for an hour before I heard it. But that's better than the last two days when I didn't hear it at all. :eek:
If you all would get up earlier.....I wouldn't sleep so late. Make some noise!
Happy Friday!!!
I've been up. Waiting on my parents and friends to arrive at the beach!!
:zzz: :thinksnow:
Will you quit with the snow? It's bad enough that I had to wake up to (sorely needed) rain this morning.
:thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :thinksnow: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS: :LIS:

~~~~~~
I sound like my dad. LOL
No. . .
I'm not listening to you.
~~~~~~~~
Did you know that my whisper is more effective than the roar of someone else?
:spooked:
:smitten: :wink:
Can I forget about this cleaning job and go back to bed?
:yes: :icon_twisted:
LOL I wish...I should be over there right now....but my head is still funky feeling. Guess I need an alka-seltzer, then get dressed and get my butt in gear. I need to be cleaning when he wakes up. LOL

LOL! That typically happens when you drink too much cheap Merlot! :razz: :biggrin: :razz:
Hush!! LOL
And I'm going to be so late getting over there, he better not even complain just because he's paying me. He was the one that encouraged that 3rd glass. "why not, you aren't driving anywhere tonight are you?" pffft LOL I gotta blame someone. :wink:
okay....so I skipped the alka seltzer, I did this and I'll suffer the consequences....pretty sure I'm not climbing back into bed now that I have my shoes on. Guess I'm off to clean a house...
Can't be that bad. . . I had a bottle of soft red last night during the game, watched the entire game and never realized I had drank the whole bottle until afterward. (Had the bottle just laying around and figured I might as well drink it to make room for more Merlot). :biggrin:
My head's a bit funky too, but otherwise I am fine. Eat something greasy and you'll be good as new in about a half hour! :smile:
Okay people ..... mama said UP!!!!!! If I can't sleep, no one else sleeps.
get them curtains open.... ;)
:biggrin:
And yet again.....if mama can't sleep...no one else sleeps! WAKE UP!!!

I think my problem is that I'm not home in my own bed. I've discovered it's a rarity that I can sleep peacefully anywhere but at home. I've always been like this. And it actually sucks.
shouldn't have stayed up all night!
Or maybe you should have slept on the other side of the bed? Then the cute little boy would have been waking someone else up!

It's that time of the day again.
it's especially nice to wake up after you get some real sleep. :)
R U READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL!?
Omg......THAT woke me up. LOL
:biggrin:
Oh c'mon people, get up. The dog is barking and someone needs to let him out. :biggrin:
Then get your tired arse out of bed! :biggrin:
LOL, well, someone was GOING to let him out...but when Buster stopped at the dog bowl instead of hitting the back door, someone's mind was changed. I had to get up after all.
Could you be a little more nebulous?
I could.........but who was going to let him out doesn't really matter. What does matter is that I almost didn't have to do it myself. LOL

Might as well 'cause it looks like it's gonna be rainin' and there's nothin' like a nap on a chilly rainy afternoon.
I've already made my plans for the nap. Just waiting on a load of clothes to finish washing so I can get my bath and get ready for some sleep. :wink:

Yes I can.
How about wasting away the morning in a hot bubble bath? Doesn't that sound nice?
Na, I like showers better and it's kind of hard to take a bubble shower....I'll still go for wasting it in bed.
Hmmm, why didn't anyone wake me up? And who the heck put Bob and Tom on my radio this morning? My alarm is supposed to buzz, not tell jokes.

Unbelievable, got our runnin' and mom's runnin' done already and we're home before noon. Not much before but still before.
Did you manage to squeeze in a nap?
I didn't start any running until after noon, and it wasn't even my own. LOL But I still came home and took an hour and a half nap. Then 13 told me I had to wake-up....I thought it was the next day. I hate when that happens!!
Yep, managed to work in a nap for sure. :yes:
I've got to get out of here....I'm thinking...don't be waking me up in the morning. I'm going to need my sleep when I get back. :mad:

Wake Up!
dangit didn't I say not to wake me up?

Well I ended up not getting out of here last night anyway. I decided to watch some episodes of programming I like on Hulu, and fell asleep. So I got enough sleep to not have to sleep in after all.
Life long habits die hard. . . I was awake at 0400 hours and now I'm wondering why the hell I got up so early anyway! :rant:
sometimes I'm up at that hour of the morning. Usually it's because I've yet to go to sleep. I like to sleep at night..and wake up in the morning...5:30 is early as I want to be up. It's not been happening much that way lately though.
I feel like I should be doing something. . . but there is nothing to do dammit! :rant:
I've gotta go get some paintin' done outside...hubby's already out there but I've been stallin'....I think stall time is over though....

I'd be happier than a fly in a big pile of excrement; instead I have be satisfied with dustings every now and then.
Oh and it is a fact that immediately following a snow storm the temps drop as fast as a thief drops a steak when he realizes he is under observation. . . That low pressure bringing the snow gets pimp slapped by the arctic jet stream and shoved right out of the way. . . :smile:
Are you all awake and watching the snow come down? It's not a lot yet, but dang the roads are slick. Had I known that 13's bus would try to hit a building this morning...I would have just kept her home and let her sleep. :rolleyes:
Just a minor dusting. . . :rolleyes:
Still enough to wreak havoc on the roads.
pretty much as I figured... :no:
Only for the impaired. . . :biggrin:
Okay...this is how it works. If I'm asleep, and I have to get up between 5:30 and 5:45, do your best not to wake me up at 2am. If you wake me up by accident....apologize. If you wake me up on purpose or act like you don't care that you woke me up, expect me to be irritated. The only reason is if I'm woke up...I most likely won't be able to go back to sleep for a few hours, which means when it gets near 5:30....I'm going to fall back asleep....then I'm going to oversleep. And THAT will irritate me all over again. If I don't have to get up in the morning.....wake me up whenever you feel like it. I don't care. Now..if any of you are sleeping NOW.....Wake your ass up.....you are wasting away a perfectly good day!!!
Wake up Pari! :razz:
I'm awake.....actually at 6:42, I was sitting at 13's bus stop waiting for her to get on her bus. :wink:
I was still awake at 10:00 this morning. . . Sleep avoids me. . .
Wonder of wonders, so was I!!! And I sure wanted a nap!

Haven't been there for years. We used to go with friends and camp on the primitive side and when the guy's went out on the boat us women would walk over to the other side and rent paddle boats for both us and the kids and have a ball. Then we'd walk back and fix supper and have our usual campfire.
Now it's nap time..... :biggrin: Is this where I leave my wake up call? :biggrin:

You brought back some good memories. Back when we didn't have hardly to nickles to rub together. We would go the state park and camp in the primitive area. We would just laugh at the people to would bring in their big trailers, like I have now and say, "Boy do they call that camping? Hell they brought the whole house."
If you remember the big drop off going down into the lake, where the had the rope you could swing out over the water. My boy's first time, he didn't let go of the rope while over the water but over the the dirt clift. If you remember, that's quite a drop. It didn't stop him from doing it again.
We would pitch our tent as close to the water as we could and I had an old beat up deck boat and we would beach it right there and go fishing. It wasn't powerful enough to pull skiers. Such good time. If you were like us we drank some beer around the campfire and had some good food.
