I guess what goes around comes around Eric.
awww bless his little heart. I got news for ya Rudolph ole buddy...you were already insane.
I'm guessing they didn't find him legally insane when they tried him, but that doesn't mean that he had far to go.
"Instant karma's gonna get 'cha....."
(Thanks to John Lennon for the lyrics)
We just punch Rudolph's T.S. card and put him back in his cell.)

My thought has always been...to do things like this, you are insane. But thats no excuse.
You have to be a little nutty to want to play the reaper's side of God...either that or a complete asshole.
Of course he's insane. Now he's attempting to garner sympathy because if the current situation which he placed himself in. Would there be a benefit to blaming the prison for him becoming mentally ill while in prison? Could he eventually be moved to an institution? Would that be perceived as better by him?
I dont know. He wont get a second of sympathy from me.
Whats he expect? The Ritz?
Most inmates attempt to mold the prison environment to fit their perceptions of what modicums of "comfort" are; i.e., contact w/other inmates so they can convince others of their innocence, etc.
They do not have much to do except to try to devise arguments about their conditions that might convince others to change said environment to the previously mentioned modicums of comfort.
One thing you can be absolutely certain about if you work in a prison: nearly every inmate there will run a game on you to try to get over on you. If they are not successful within the prison, they will try to convince the outside world how badly they are treated so the change will be effected from the outside.
Someone needs to tell them that they are not very good, else they wouldn't
1. get caught
2. go to trial
3. lose
When they stop gnashing their teeth, we should tell them that we don't care
1. They are criminals
2. They got caught
3. and they are just not bright enough to play with mentally.
I'd rather twist paperclips...
