I have a question. If a black man had owned a shop that sold anti Bush policy T-shirts would he have been called a racist or his lease been discontinued in that same mall if only one person had complained? I'm not racist I'm just asking a question here. The shirts I seen were against policy not against a man.
Seriously, at this point it's all about the free advertising for him. He'll sell more merchandise and the mindless idiots will be lining up around the corner to get it.

Your question isn't relevant because the mall owner is free to lease or not lease to anyone he/she wants for whatever reasons he/she chooses.
