Certainly, this was never high on Bush's list of priorities and isn't for several of our forum posters either.

it only took a few minutes for the rest of America to see this...
that was just a witty way to dodge a question.....he sure didn't know what he was talking about before he spoke on Leno about the special olympics...or the 57 states that he traveled through.... :rolleyes:

IMHO W was often too quick to respond surrounding events or challenges; often coming off as, (and actually being), uninformed on a given topic and frequently being caught unaware.
I strongly believe it is incumbent upon
any POTUS to understand a given situation/topic/challenge to his/her satisfaction before formulating a response. And with the pack of wolves we call the media always nipping at their heels, it only serves to elevate the importance exponentially!
