It will take a little time at patience before people from Logansport/Cass County find this forum, add it to their favorite's list and begin posting. At least, this is a start in a renewed effort to allow people in Cass County to express their opinions within reason without being censored by a narrow-minded person who calls himself an editor of the Logansport newspaper.

We appreciate this opportunity, and as time passes more and more people will move over to this forum.

It may be beneficial if any of you who have a way to contact other posters who used to post on the now defunct forum would do so, and let them know you're here.  If you have a way to let others know you're here, perhaps they'll follow more quickly.

Any of you Cass County folks acquainted with a fella named Glen H. Smith? He was or is a teacher / principal in your area, and may still live on Hwy 17 just north of Logansport. He was one of my dearest friends thru (and after) college, but we've lost touch over the years. Ma and I would sure like to reconnect with him and his wife, Karen.

So this is where ya'all are hiding out!

Re; Glen Smith-I guess that would be the Glen Smith who was principal and teacher at Pioneer Elementary? Awesome guy. Retired a couple yrs ago.

Posted this another place, but no harm doing it twice. Can you set up an audio plug in for the Logansport and Cass County police department dispatch on this forum. That would bring a lot of people here really quickly once they found out. Lots of fun listening to the police calls.

Also. appreciate the attempt to find scanner feed for Cass County, but I doubt very much if the Kokomo/Howard County feed will be of any interest to people in Cass County - with probably the exception of those in the Galveston area. Too bad no Logansport/Cass County feed is available. That would really be interesting and would draw a lot of people to this site.  You can leave the Kokomo/Howard County feed up if you'd like. It might be interesting to the Kokomo crowd, but really not close enough to Logansport/Cass County to draw enough interest to entice more people to join this forum based on the feed.
